HealthPRO Guaranteed Cost/Minute Model
This is our most popular model because it provides our customers comprehensive rehabilitation management with Guaranteed Savings. It includes: a HealthPRO Program Manager, Staff Recruiting, The HealthMAX Documentation System, JCAHO/State Tested Policy/Procedures, Ongoing Regional Manager oversight, Monthly Fiscal/Outcome Analysis Reports, access to all HealthPRO Seminars, and Strategic Planning/Marketing Assistance.
HealthPRO Management Model
This model is popular with facilities that already are in-house but require additional therapy management resources and systems. It offers all the services of our most popular model but the Program manager and staffing become the responsibility of the facility.
Affinity Rehabilitation to HealthPRO Conversion Model
This transition model enables our customers to start with our full service rehabilitation company (Affinity) and then transition to an in-house program with HealthPRO. This model is designed to give our customers the security of a full service rehabilitation company while preparing their systems/staff for a transition to an in-house program. This model is most popular with customers who have been historically been serviced by contract therapy services.
HealthMAX Computer Management Model
The HealthMAX Model is designed for programs that are already in-house but require an integrated computerized documentation system to improve their fiscal, outcome and quality assurance tracking. It offers quarterly and annual benchmarking against HealthPRO managed sites in both fiscal and outcomes areas.
HealthPRO also offers consultant services and temporary therapy staffing support.
