CEO/Owner
Fred M. Stern is a Physical Therapist, who has owned and operated rehabilitation companies since the mid-1970s. Mr. Stern has managed comprehensive rehabilitation programs in over (100) Nursing Homes throughout New England and New York. He is committed to providing HealthPRO customers with a cost effective and clinically superior product to contract rehabilitation companies.
President/Owner
Todd Bergstrom is an Occupational Therapist. He was formerly the Vice President of Progressive Rehab Concepts, (A Rehabilitation Software Company) and Director of Clinical Services for Ultra Care Rehab. Mr. Bergstrom oversees the development of all-clinical systems and staff training. He is a nationally recognized lecturer and is considered an expert in Rehabilitation documentation, Outcomes, and Prospective Payment.
Vice President of Program Evaluation/Outcomes
Dr. Frederick Kadushin is neuro-psychologist, who is a nationally recognized lecturer on program evaluation, outcomes, and computerized documentation systems. He is the primary author of the "Comprehensive Evaluation and Management System". Dr. Kadushin is responsible for developing and supporting the HealthMAX System. On a regular basis, Dr. Kadushin and the HealthPRO team will provided the facility with comprehensive utilization and outcome analysis.
Regional Manager
This person provides clinical and fiscal oversight of the rehabilitation program. They directly supervise the program manager and work closely with the facility to ensure complete integration of rehabilitation systems. On a ongoing basis, this person performs site visits, which include staffing analysis, chart audits, staff training, utilization analysis and system planning. They work closely with the facility and Program Manager to manage rehabilitation costs, monitor clinical and functional outcomes, develop/integrate rehabilitation policies, and implement progressive therapy programs. They are highly trained in the Prospective Payment System, interdisciplinary management, long-term care programming, State/Federal accreditation and JCAHO requirements.
Program Manager
This person would be 50% clinical and 50% managerial in most buildings. This person would undergo continuous training by the President and Regional Manager. They would be responsible for managing: staff schedules, staff training needs, P.P.S. minutes, rehab payor mix, quality assurance measures, policy and procedure implementation and rehabilitation department costs.
