HealthMAX was developed Dr. Frederick Kadushin, Neuropsychologist, and Todd Bergstrom. OTR, as a comprehensive rehabilitation documentation system, which would enable providers to monitor clinical practice patterns, outcomes, therapy revenues and therapy cost. The system was initially designed for Brain Injury programs and possesses scales and systems for tracking clinical/functional improvements in cognition, mobility, sensation, communication, strength, self care, home management and community access.
