HealthPRO Links Clinical Outcomes with Fiscal Accountability

"HealthPRO isn't our rehab company but a part of our management team. Their President and Regional Manager are actively involved and concerned about our facility's treatment integrity, as well as its' fiscal well being."

"Their HealthMAX System provides us with outstanding fiscal reports, which track our therapy productivities, cost/therapy minute, RUG Mix, RUG therapy minutes as compared to category requirement, Part B revenues and overall utilization."

"We feel the HealthPRO model offers us the best in rehabilitation value. We get excellent therapy outcomes, documented reports and excellent systems at a cost far less than a traditional rehabilitation company with dedicated, responsible oversight."

Ronnie Forrest, Vice President of Fiscal Operation,
Elim Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - Cheshire, CT

HealthPRO provides our customers with the fiscal reports they need to manage their programs efficiently and effectively. Since our therapy documentation is directly linked to our billing, our customer’s denial potential and RUG leveling concerns are dramatically reduced. Our managers are only a click away from hundreds of Management reports, which provide them chart audits, billing information, ARD selection assistance, productivity reports, therapy cost analysis and therapy revenue reports.

Our Customers top five (5) fiscal reports include:
  1. Therapy Census Report - (Indicates patients on therapy caseload, PT/OT/SLP frequency/anticipated discharge date, current therapy program, insurance and RUG or managed care level.)
  2. Hours Worked Summary -( Details hours worked, productivity, utilization by payer and cost/minute by PT/OT/SLP and program)
  3. Medicare Quality Assurance and RUG Mix Report - ( Identifies each Medicare patient treated, the MDS posted level, individual/group therapy minutes provided and summarizes overall Rehab RUG Days. This report compared to the MDS and posted billing days makes an excellent QA and Corporate Compliance tool).
  4. Rug Leveler Report - (Based on the daily documentation, this report identifies the exact minutes/days provided, applies group ratio rules and indicates (3) potential reference dates with Rehab levels. This report significantly reduces denial potential and makes choosing the best ARD for a rehab level easy).
  5. Medicare B Report - (Details therapy minutes provided, HCPC code utilization, Part B revenues by patient and department. An excellent tool for tracking Part B trends and impact of Part B caps).
At the end of every month, the regional manager provides the facility administrator with a detailed therapy program analysis and action plan. This report compares the current month's performance to previous months and therapy targets.
