HealthPRO Management Services was founded by Fred Stern , PT, and Todd Bergstrom, OTR, in 1997 to assist facilities in developing cost effective, clinical sophisticated and outcome oriented inhouse rehabilitation programs .
We recognize that with the changes in Medicare and Managed Care Reimbursement, nursing facilities and rehabilitation hospitals need to reduce their therapy cost while implementing sophisticated documentation, billing and quality assurance systems.

We provide the tools, systems, expertise, policy and procedures, and supervise the daily operations of the therapy department. We recruit and train the therapy staff. We provide monthly fiscal reports which include productivity, RUG Mix, Cost/minute, utilization, Part B tracking, and staffing pattern analysis.
We provide sophisticated outcome reports, which benchmark similar facilities based on ADL change, Mobility change, discharge site, length of stay and treatment minutes/day.
