Jim Sinisi is a therapy recruitment expert with 20+ years experience in the profession across multiple states. Immediately prior to joining HealthPRO®, Jim worked with Care One Management, one of the largest privately held senior living providers on the East Coast operating seventy-nine skilled nursing facilities in nine states. As Director of Rehab Talent Development, Jim was responsible for therapy staff recruitment related to one third of Care One’s portfolio. In addition, Jim executed a strategy that reduced agency usage and FTE openings by 80% within twelve months of his hire. Prior to that he founded the Permanent Placement Division at Sunbelt Staffing and also owned and operated his own recruiting firm for 12 years.

Amanda has worn many hats in the long-term care profession as an advocate for older adults. Starting her career in Dietetics and Food Service Management with a degree from The University of Akron in 2000, Amanda also held positions that focused on Human Relations, Marketing and Admissions, and eventually landed in a Recruitment and Retention role. She has been recruiting for Therapy Partners and HealthPRO® since 2006, with a strong focus on new graduate and student relationships. Amanda recently received her certification in Social Sourcing Recruitment and is in the process of implementing some tactics that will help open that market.

As a graduate from John Carroll University’s Industrial/Organizational Psychology program, Jim immediately started his career as an Executive Recruiter. Jim’s experience in the healthcare recruitment profession is deep with a track record of proven success in both permanent placement and temporary staffing, in addition to recruitment of professional clinical staff. Jim’s understanding of the industry, along with his trademark tenacity and easygoing nature, have made him a top performer in every position he’s held. Jim joined the HealthPRO® family in 2009 and has continued to grow and adapt with the constantly changing therapy world while still maintaining success through his compassion and relationships in the industry. Jim is also an avid volleyball player who ranked 13th in the nation when he played for John Carroll University. He still competes in local and regional USAV leagues and tournaments, as well as beach volleyball, and is currently coaching a Junior Olympic volleyball club in his “free time”.

Mia started her professional career in Human Recourses with IBM Corporation. Skilled nursing, long term care, outpatient and continuing care retirement communities have been her main recruitment focus for the last 10 years. Prior to joining HealthPRO® Mia was a Recruiter for Therapy Management Corporation where she recruited therapists in Florida. In addition, Mia also worked with Genesis Healthcare recruiting Therapy, Nursing and Corporate positions within the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mia’s passion and enthusiasm for placing dedicated therapists who truly care for the adult population is unsurpassed.
