HealthPRO® University is a flexible educational tool that allows providers to create customized content that addresses specific organizational needs and goals. For example, customers can incorporate in-services and other educational programs to augment Staff Development programming. Examples of this may include facility-specific HR programs, such as Orientation, Management Training for Performance Reviews, Career Ladder Programs such as CNA to LPN or LPN to RN Career Development Programs, and more.
Customers are given a secure logon to access their learning portal (HealthPRO® University at Your Facility) and can add or update coursework at any time. This creates a central repository for educational programs, yielding efficiencies within Staff Development and providing educators with access to tools that better support their efforts.
